Our process is about the same with every project, but will vary depending on your needs. We believe that design changes behavior and we want to find out what behaviors you'd like to see in your client-base.

 

Explore

We always start with a good chat, trying to get at the essence of what the desired result is, and then any preferences, specifications, or non-negotiables. 

Why do you do what you do? Who is your audience? What are you trying to do/make/say/build in the world? How is it going and what are your pain points?

 

Consult

Before we do any work, we always give an estimate of price so you know what to expect and we keep everything out on the table. Get an idea of our pricing.

Then we talk through media options and make recommendations. We want to help you persuade, inform and delight your audience with good design.

 

Strategize

The actual work involves 1) developing an approach, a plan, a strategy; 2) pulling together the assets, the content—the words and images that will best communicate the message, 3) designing the final deliverable whether brand identity, stationery, brochure, or website.

 

Execute

We get to work to create the pieces that compose your brand.

Since we are in this together, we'll review each stage to make sure everything is on the right track.

After the piece is printed or the site is launched, we monitor it's impact and look for places to refine the message or the methods. It's usually time to share another cup of coffee.
